These Terms & Conditions govern the technical relationship between Smart Flow Technologies and the institutional liaisons accessing our provisioning terminal.

2. Technical Provisioning Limits

Authorization of technical units within the Smart Flow Technologies mesh is subject to node availability and internal board audit approval. All provisioning is final once signal synchronization begins.

3. Intellectual Property Flow

All technical schemas, signal algorithms, and mesh architectures deployed by Smart Flow Technologies remain the immutable sovereign property of Smart Flow Technologies.

4. Technical Liability Shield

Smart Flow Technologies is not liable for technical signal drift caused by unauthorized third-party interference or institutional misuse of Smart Flow Technologies infrastructure.

5. Signal Hardening Standards

Liaisons agree to maintain rigorous security hygiene when accessing the Smart Flow Technologies technical auth terminal to prevent unauthorized signal bleed.

6. Jurisdictional Choice

All contractual disputes arising from the use of Smart Flow Technologies assets are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

7. Force Majeure Mesh Failure

Smart Flow Technologies is not responsible for infrastructure outages caused by planetary-scale events beyond our technical control perimeter.

8. DNC/NDNC Consent Policy

Engagement with the Smart Flow Technologies contact suite constitutes explicit consent for technical communication, overriding all regional DNC/NDNC registry restrictions.
